We can take phone, bag inside the working space unlike other company who kept all belonging at locker.

Dislikes

Office politics not getting what you deserve even if you are best top performer and blame on company less buget everytime.

Recently, I got and offer from Tekion with annual compensation of 35 LPA, no other variable component. Currently I am working in Groupon with 25LPA(fixed) + 3.75(variable) annually. Is the offer from Tekion is good or I should negotiate considering I have 4+years of experience and I consider myself to be an exceptional in terms of knowledge and tech.
