Excellent company to work for and also has friendly employees. If you are a fresher, you can learn a lot of things from your seniors. All the seniors are very helpful and the best part is they never put pressure on new things on new joining as compared to the others which I liked the most. It’s a great company for copywriters, and the learning curve is good with individual project handling and guidance. They give various tasks to gain knowledge which are very helpful to learn new things.

I would like to leave a review about the company's policy of paying employees 1.5x overtime when they work beyond their shift hours. This policy is truly commendable and shows that the company values its employees' time and effort.

While it is important for companies to compensate employees fairly for their overtime work, it is equally important to ensure that employees are not overworked or expected to work beyond reasonable limits. I believe that a work-life balance is essential for employees to be motivated and productive in the long run. In this organization especially in the Design department when it workload situations the work hours reached 60-70 hours a week <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> No Learning and Brainstorming session</mark> The lack of opportunities for creativity and learning within the company is a major concern. The absence of brainstorming sessions and further learning opportunities can lead to a stagnant work environment and disengaged employees. To enhance the quality of work produced and the company's progress and growth, it is recommended that the company implement brainstorming sessions or workshops and provide employees with opportunities for growth and development. The company's appraisal process is inadequate, and it is crucial for employees to feel recognized and appreciated for their hard work. The current process seems to be demotivating, leading to disengagement among employees. To ensure a fair and transparent process, the company should review and improve its appraisal system, encouraging employees to contribute more and benefit the company's growth and success....Read More
