Job Security is good - this company understands our problems. good workplace

in this company, our creativity is Finished No creative work here. The 3-month night shift is not good for our health. 3-3 months rotational shift. in this job, there is no work for skill and learning. Promotions and Appraisals are very few in my 4 years of work period.

I had a great experience over there as Designer. I can say that I worked with a great company and also a wonderful team.
