It's been 2 months since I came to know about this organisation real face.Worst management ever. The company policies keep changing on daily basis they are forcing employees to do overtime as well as to work on their weekoff and do not want to pay extra for the overtime. They made some weird terms and conditions for overtime which you have to follow compulsory even though overtime is their business requirement and if a employee meets all the requirement then and then only they will pay for it and if an agent is not meeting their terms and conditions (requirements) then also they have to work for the overtime for free. The team leaders and managers are not supportive at all and they do interfere a lot in your personal life. The manager has zero knowledge about work and have expectations of us being a robot and will work more than that. No matter how hard you will work and even after working for straight 8 hours at the end of the day your productivity is zero and they will say you have done nothing. Even after knowing that we have worked for the whole day they will blame you for not doing anything the audacity to say that. The company works with the idea of (if you're good with the buttering part then only you can move forward and if you're hardworking with no skills of buttering then there is no value for you). There are many people in our team who are on the post of manager and higher post than that with zero skills, knowledge and good managing. The company gives you mental torture and makes you cry everyday and will drive you so crazy until you want to self harm themselves because of their bad management. They are not ready to hire more people and as per work load no of employees are very less and then they want that employees to work as per their too much work load and will blame them for not meeting the ilogical expectations they have with us. The colleagues are not cooperative and people over their judge other on how they look,what they wear, what skin color they have and on the basis of money. A whole character discrimination. The HR department is also not supportive and if you will go with your problems they will manipulate you verbally to agree on their conditions and have to work according to their rules....Read More
