Despite being a top performer and giving 100% of my effort, the team leads still find ways to drain your energy. I've heard that many companies foster an uplifting atmosphere, but here, it's the negative influence of these people that has caused many talented employees to leave, including myself.

The culture here is really poor. The new TL in the presales team, Shivani Dave has created an environment that has pushed people to leave the company because of her behavior. It was her action that led to make the same decision. God help this company if you have her. Already the company has no perks, they are hiring nuisance people.
