Job Security is good - this company understands our problems. good workplace

in this company, our creativity is Finished No creative work here. The 3-month night shift is not good for our health. 3-3 months rotational shift. in this job, there is no work for skill and learning. Promotions and Appraisals are very few in my 4 years of work period.

I have been Working Here Since Last 3 years. I would Like to mention that The Environment is Very Cool. There Are Different Programs As well as Days Celebrations Which Helps Employees to balance their Work Life. There are Dedicated Person In every Department. The H.R. Vice president & Manager (Asish Saha & Jyotika Bhatia) Conducts Helpdesk For Employees Queries and not only they Listen to it but they Make Sure That They get Their Solution Less Than 48 Hours. 😊...Read More

I have consistently received as exceptional service from group bayport comapany. Their team is professional , knowledgeable and freindly. From the initial consultation to final project, their attention to detail is impeccable. I am also impressed by the whole HR team, their commitment to susatinability , using eco - freindly supporting system.

Changes in all the policies every next month is an issue due to changes in Management level staff. 🚩 Attitude or Will-issue or Mindset issue with a few base/foundation less managers, who seem to be more than adequate arrogant, and want to have you behave like your puppets. Disparity in payscale🤐. Why should someone fight for adequate hike or pay. When they say they have studied market standards.
