I would like to leave a review about the company's policy of paying employees 1.5x overtime when they work beyond their shift hours. This policy is truly commendable and shows that the company values its employees' time and effort.

While it is important for companies to compensate employees fairly for their overtime work, it is equally important to ensure that employees are not overworked or expected to work beyond reasonable limits. I believe that a work-life balance is essential for employees to be motivated and productive in the long run. The absence of brainstorming sessions and further learning opportunities can lead to a stagnant work environment and disengaged employees. To enhance the quality of work produced and the company's progress and growth, it is recommended that the company implement brainstorming sessions or workshops and provide employees with opportunities for growth and development. The company's appraisal process is inadequate, and it is crucial for employees to feel recognized and appreciated for their hard work.
