Job Security is good - this company understands our problems. good workplace

in this company, our creativity is Finished No creative work here. The 3-month night shift is not good for our health. 3-3 months rotational shift. in this job, there is no work for skill and learning. Promotions and Appraisals are very few in my 4 years of work period.

From the initial consultation to final project, their attention to detail is impeccable. I would like to leave a review about the company's policy of paying employees 1.5x overtime when they work beyond their shift hours. This policy is truly commendable and shows that the company values its employees' time and effort.

While it is important for companies to compensate employees fairly for their overtime work, it is equally important to ensure that employees are not overworked or expected to work beyond reasonable limits. I believe that a work-life balance is essential for employees to be motivated and productive in the long run. In this organization especially in the Design department when it workload situations the work hours reached 60-70 hours a week No Learning and Brainstorming session The lack of opportunities for creativity and learning within the company is a major concern. The absence of brainstorming sessions and further learning opportunities can lead to a stagnant work environment and disengaged employees. To enhance the quality of work produced and the company's progress and growth, it is recommended that the company implement brainstorming sessions or workshops and provide employees with opportunities for growth and development. The company's appraisal process is inadequate, and it is crucial for employees to feel recognized and appreciated for their hard work. The current process seems to be demotivating, leading to disengagement among employees.
