Worst management, no support for new employees, few 2-3 people are running all management to much politics from the management itself. Company's owner is involved in all small small things even in a very small error. Most important thing there is no job security. Even without your fault you might asked to leave any time. Only CharanDawar and Few his followers have control on everything who are good for nothing l. And Chetan Dawar is an example of bad management....Read More

No proper management, no fullfillment of any comments, even that do not follow the labour law directions regarding bonus and other salary benefits. No Insurance from the company or medical benefits. Overall it's kind of lala shop.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
