Travel Consultant/ Senior Travel Consultant (Travel Industry)

Required:

• Should have experience in corporate handling and B2B.
• Should have good knowledge of US Geography and Codes (Airport, State, Airline)
• Inbound call handling for passengers of international airlines and US-based clients.
• GDS - SABRE, WORLDSPAN, APOLLO, AMADEUS, GALILEO

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant domain.
• Immediate Joiner.
• Excellent Communication Skills with exposure to global call handling in a 24*7 environment.

• 24*7 Operations with rotational shifts. Shift span of 9:00Hrs with 60 mins break time, 5 days a week working with 2 weekly offs (consecutive/split as per Operational requirement).
