- Below market average Salary. - Poor incentive structure and NIL Bonus(Sales/Marketing). - Overvalued courses with no innovation and extremely high price. - Mediocre and incompitent mid level senior leadership. - Extremely high work pressure and unrealistic targets. - Conservative marketing and poor portfolio expansion. - Zero innovation and receptivity to feedback. - Poor training team and modules. - Hiring all the time, unable to hold it's top players. - Feebacks never implemented, but critiqued and silenced. - Work force too comfortable, work like government job. Excellent work culture and no micromanagement. Every idea, no matter how silly is given due consideration and everyone who wants to share anything get their share of voice. The believe in rewarding in the form of incentives and the sales people make 2x to 4x of incentive mentioned on paper if they perform well. Employee policies arevery supportive. Very responsive and supportive HR team. The best part is that the leadership team has a very strong vision and they are constantly driving towards that goal. The company cares a lot about their customers and put the requirements of their learners above everything else. We can see that in the way the leadership team speaks. Dislikes

Not the best pay in the industry but the benefits far outweigh the lower fixed salary component. In sales, one lives for the incentives anyway.
