This company only hire and fire people without any reason. And their HR renuka, Neha V, Banshika all are so unprofessional they are firing people and if people are begging to give them a chance they are making fun of them. They only give assessment and treat trainee like they will going to fire them anytime.never join this company guys it's my personal experience I am sharing . Seriously there’s nothing to like in this organisation I have wasted my 2 years here and one thing I learned how to deal with cheap mangers.

Everything actually Partial managers specially in Degree vertical Managers will ask you to brings something for them and personal favors. If you denied they will start misbehaving with you. Micro management is there. And lastly people who book managers here while performing in Covid they don’t know how ed tech works they think still covid is going on and things are as easy as it was in covid.

Been here for almost a year and have seen thing getting worse . late working hours ( like you will be ordered to say and work ) working weekends , holidays salary is decent, If you can Handle toxic culture then come otherwise there is nothing great about great learning . In last 6 month , there was nothing left to like . It’s getting toxic day by day. You will be asked to work on weekends, holidays (even if you got sale or it’s just the beginning of the month) long working hours and a lot to micro management.

Nice colleagues, Managers are supportive. Delicious lunch and dinner is available. People are promoted quickly on the basis of performance. Strong fundamentals and leadership.
