Their SearchUnify department is very good in terms of tech and using of AI in solving real business problems. Don't think anyone in tricity is working at that level. They have some of the best HR managers in Gunjan who’s very understanding and empathetic. The have good kind people in Sr management in Rohit and very reliable Project Mangers such as Deepika . There's lot. As especially HR they are too biased, unfair to make decisions for employees. They favour the one who is of there team or is working in company for longer time. They don't treat freshers in a good way. They treat freshers as cheap labour. Fresher recruiter Training Team is not at all serious for Career development of the freshers. The candidate can be of different domain and will be put to team of mismatched interest just because the recruiter is creating space for it...being knowing everything HR ignore the truth and ask the person in fault to leave the job. Just because the opponent is on reference of His spouse and bringing profit to company... Human resource I. I started back in 2020 as Intern and learnt Salesforce in significant amount, worked on various projects in this span of time , salary quotient was very good in starting but lately it's started decreasing, gives option to work from home , at the end at all depends on good team and lead and I had one earlier

They don't take on vacation trip anymore, appraisal value is deceasing year by year due to changes hr management.Our issues are heard by upper management but still its not working out.
