Good teammates training job security but Major between old working employee and Hired employee because no more knowledge Hired employee but package is grater than working talented employee....! I grasim Hired Mr Anand Ranjan which senior logistics coordinator but no basic knowledge of SAP and MIS or no knowledge about chlore alkaly plant but package havy no good communication skills.....!
