Leadership of Cyber and IT risks lacks capability to run the business unit successfully. The two partners of Cyber and IT risks were not reachable, unable to resolve project issues and problems faced by employees. They started laying off people brutally in order to save their reputation. GT Bharat doesn't layoff employees, this is the 1st instance in GT history

All senior partners are misbehaving/ threatening comments with consultants/ Executive Assistants. NO standard working timing in a firm. Sharda raj ( director) / Sanjay Mehta ( executive director) do manipulating/ wrong information transfer to among their team. Promotions and growth is zero. Hiring is going on a daily basis in every department.

GT was a really good firm as compared to its competition. However, the management scr*wed it up in the name of 'growth'. the things which differentiated it from big4s were introduced here which really f*cked it up. Admin and HR staff is the king in this firm. They think they own the organisation. Partners are nice and they really have a open door policy but they are oblivious to the fact that few Managers and ADs are enjoying care free life and are really stigmatising the Tier 3 staff....Read More
