My co workers, we don't do another job, when we are not done to the first one, we have unity or team work. I learn work ethics. Do what you can today not tomorrow.

Dislikes

The food for employees, after you work hard the whole day you want some pumpering right, yeah it's free but I think the food for employees to are not satisfying. We can buy outside if we don't like the food at employees cafeteria but at your own expense.

Working at Grand Boulevard is exciting, you're facing different challenges everyday and you will learn from it.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
