It used to be a good organization. Rampant politics ruined the organization badly, and now it is in shambles. CPO is very ill-mannered, disrespects people, and always indulges in politics.

Nothing. I saw the partiality with their field team. And a very dusty culture in work. Where management given the false promises to their team and not fulfill any single promise.

Very terrible. We can't manage Work life and personal life. Because they don't have a proper management. Its not a social sector organization its a marketing company where management people whatever products they wish to implement or integret.
