Working at BYJU'S is the best! I love the people that I work with, and I think we all have a strong sense of community. The most fun part is that I get to do what I love every day and meet new people who also love my passion as much as I do.

Dislikes

The hardest part of working here is keeping up with all of the new things that are happening and making sure we are on top of them.

Lot of opportunities to advance no matter what you are interested in doing. A great team of co-worker and we all support each other through the hard times and celebrate the good ones. The leadership is also very supportive and understanding when it comes to work-life balance issues

I will been working here for two years now and I will had plenty of opportunities to home my skills and grow as a person. Also, the culture here is very friendly and supportive.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
