Working at BYJU'S has helped me learn a lot. Since they focus mainly on employee empowerment and welfare, it motivates me to work, achieve my targets and grow. My team leader is also very understanding and believes that "Communication is the key".

I do not have any cons in my mind as such.

My team is the best. They are all a bunch of great folks to hang out with and work with, but the best part is that they support and have each other's backs all the time. We will been working together for years and are like a family.

The people at BYJU'S are extremely helpful and supportive. I like to work here as there is no delay in salary . the HR team is extremely helpful.

Dislikes

The non-stop meeting can be tiresome. The air conditioning is also too cold for me.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
