Working at BYJU'S is a lot of fun! I love the fast-paced environment and the fact that we are always working to improve. it is hard to find job where you can learn so much new information ever day, but It is also rewarding when you find something that helps yours team do better.

Dislikes

You will have to put in a lot of hard work to get ahead in a competitive environment.

BYJU'S is known to provide space for professional and personal growth. The management is supportive and is open to new ideas and suggestions. They do offer many perks and other benefits if you prove yourself.

Dislikes

There is no scope for work from home. You need to come to office everyday.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
