This company has worst work cultures I’ve encountered. There is no carrier progression, no recognition, and no salary increment. Even worst they fail to pay salaries on time. How can anyone expect an increment when you don’t even get your monthly salary on schedule? Sometime only half salary credit. Every month’s employees are forced to chase, beg like a beggars for the hard earned salary they deserve. The lack of respect for the employees and their efforts is appalling. Even in the new year of 2025, the company as fail to pay salary yet. This has been recurring issue every month, with salaries being delayed until 20th every month or even it will be paid in next month. We only receive half our pay. It’s is deeply frustrating and disheartening. It’s hard to understand why the CEO of GoProtoz handlingthings this way. The situation is so dire that nearly 80% of workforce has already been terminated, and it seems like the rest of us may face same fate soon. At this rate, it’s feel the CEO will be only one left working with GoPortoz. Unfortunately, my time with this organization has been riddled and multiple issues, particularly concerning delayed salary payments every month and lack of promotion and salary hikes. Firstly, one of the most fundamental expectations any employee has is to receive their salary on time. Regrettably, that hasn't been the case at GoProtoz. over the past several months, I have encountered recurring delays in receiving my salary. This inconsistency in salary has caused considerable stress and financial strain, as I have bills and obligations that need to be met promptly. Furthermore, the absence of a salary hike compounds the disappointment. Despite exceeding performance expectations and contributing to the company's bottom line, my salary has remained stagnant for an extended period. the lack of recognition for my contributions and the failure to reward employees' efforts further dampens morale and loyalty to the company. In summary, my expectations at GoProtoz have been deeply unsatisfactory due to delayed salary, lack of promotions, and stagnant salary hikes. As an employee, I expected to be treated fairly and respectfully, but unfortunately, these issues significantly undetermined my trust in the company and its leadership.
