This company has worst work cultures I’ve encountered. There is no carrier progression, no recognition, and no salary increment. Even worst they fail to pay salaries on time. How can anyone expect an increment when you don’t even get your monthly salary on schedule? Sometime only half salary credit. Every month’s employees are forced to chase, beg like a beggars for the hard earned salary they deserve. The lack of respect for the employees and their efforts is appalling. Even in the new year of 2025, the company as fail to pay salary yet. This has been recurring issue every month, with salaries being delayed until 20th every month or even it will be paid in next month. We only receive half our pay. It’s is deeply frustrating and disheartening. It’s hard to understand why the CEO of GoProtoz handlingthings this way. The situation is so dire that nearly 80% of workforce has already been terminated, and it seems like the rest of us may face same fate soon. At this rate, it’s feel the CEO will be only one left working with GoPortoz. Advice to CEO: Pay our salary on time and intimate little early before shutdown GoProtoz so that we shall at least start in search of job and save our life....Read More
