Always salary delayed or never paid, and when i asked my pending salary I was also terminated. The company has been constantly terminating employees almost 80% team has be terminated already only six people are working from office. Soon we will be also let go🥺

1. Never pay salary on time. 2. Hire and fire culture 3. The management terminating employees without paying the outstanding salary. 4. No notice period just terminate and leave on same day. 5. Asking to stop coming office immediately. 6. Warning to the current employees, stop being genuine to your CEO he will be sure closing this company as soon as possible and you all be on road soon and left without paying salary.

Regrettably, that hasn't been the case at GoProtoz. over the past several months, I have encountered recurring delays in receiving my salary. This inconsistency in salary has caused considerable stress and financial strain, as I have bills and obligations that need to be met promptly. Furthermore, the absence of a salary hike compounds the disappointment. Despite exceeding performance expectations and contributing to the company's bottom line, my salary has remained stagnant for an extended period. the lack of recognition for my contributions and the failure to reward employees' efforts further dampens morale and loyalty to the company. In summary, my expectations at GoProtoz have been deeply unsatisfactory due to delayed salary, lack of promotions, and stagnant salary hikes. As an employee, I expected to be treated fairly and respectfully, but unfortunately, these issues significantly undetermined my trust in the company and its leadership. I would caution anyone considering employment with GoProtoz to carefully weigh these concerns and thoroughly research the company's track record on employee treatment before making a decision.

Good place to start your career one will be exposed to multiple products and can learn more if any employee feel that he/she should get a course for up-skilling themselves can approach the HR or CEO they ll help you getting that course
