This company has worst work cultures I’ve encountered. There is no carrier progression, no recognition, and no salary increment. Even worst they fail to pay salaries on time. How can anyone expect an increment when you don’t even get your monthly salary on schedule? Sometime only half salary credit. Every month’s employees are forced to chase, beg like a beggars for the hard earned salary they deserve. The lack of respect for the employees and their efforts is appalling. Avoid this company at all the cost if you value your carrier.

1. No salary, never pay salary, not on time salary, half salary, late salary, finally the management is asking why salary? The CEO needs someone who can work for free of cost. 2. Job security: Never expect job security you will be fired anytime without even notice period. 3. Culture: which is not exist. 4. Management : CEO is the only from the management team is exist now rest all fired.

Regrettably, that hasn't been the case at GoProtoz. over the past several months, I have encountered recurring delays in receiving my salary. This inconsistency in salary has caused considerable stress and financial strain, as I have bills and obligations that need to be met promptly. Furthermore, the absence of a salary hike compounds the disappointment. Despite exceeding performance expectations and contributing to the company's bottom line, my salary has remained stagnant for an extended period. the lack of recognition for my contributions and the failure to reward employees' efforts further dampens morale and loyalty to the company. In summary, my expectations at GoProtoz have been deeply unsatisfactory due to delayed salary, lack of promotions, and stagnant salary hikes. As an employee, I expected to be treated fairly and respectfully, but unfortunately, these issues significantly undetermined my trust in the company and its leadership. I would caution anyone considering employment with GoProtoz to carefully weigh these concerns and thoroughly research the company's track record on employee treatment before making a decision.
