Management and the entire leadership team sucks. Big talkers, nothing visible on practical grounds. Absolutely clueless about new hiring. They do not have any vision, just tall talkers. Zero work security, they ask people to leave without assigning any valid reason at their convenience. Worst place to work. Such a toxic work culture. Only oldies who are there since ages and will never leave the company are there and they do not let the fresh blood or fresh ideas seep through. The owners are so clueless and wrongly position themselves as very big manufacturers in the field, they are just glorified traders and sell cheap Chinese equipments in the name of filtration. Fake promises, fake environment. No transperancy, zero employee motivation. They will hire you, will use you till they need you and will throw you out like a garbage making you feel worst about yourself. Worst Company to work with!
