Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3-5 outbound sales professionals to ensure team and individual performance targets are met.
- Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies to maximize lead generation.
- Identify and approach potential clients across various industries, building relationships and uncovering business opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outbound sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Guide the team in refining outreach techniques, ensuring a consultative approach to lead qualification.
- Monitor and analyze key outbound sales metrics, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to enhance the skills and efficiency of the outbound sales team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to adapt outreach strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales and lead qualification.
- Prior experience in managing and mentoring a lead generation team, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of outbound sales strategies, pipeline management, and lead nurturing.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales performance and optimize strategies.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's/masters degree (Engineering preferred).
