Excellent work culture. Positive reinforcements on almost all aspects of work. Colleagues are very supportive. Opportunity to work of large programs at scale.

Dislikes

Nothing big in particular. I guess the one thing which I wish happened less frequently was reorgs. They cause unnecessary churn.

Excellent. Managers actually promote a better work life balance. No meeting Friday's, no work pressure on weekends or holidays etc.
