Salary is good,but growth is less,sometimes I have to work for 8 to 9 hours straight in a days u have to call to the client.which I have to adjust the time,I do receive appreciation emails from my clients.

I get to work closely with the client, it will be a great learning experience. I will get recognized for all the effort I have done ,as long as I get to work closely with client, it will be a great learning experience.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
