They dont need an EIR, They need a jack of all trades (A glorified Analyst) who can handle every petty task. They expect an entrepreneur to work like a 9-5 employee while delivring results like a founder - with zero equity and 100% accountibilty. Salary was never paid in full even for a single month, and they didnt pay the last months salary at all. The management lacks vision, is insecure, and is cunning to the core.
