Work From Home Fixed shift time. No alternative shifts Sat-sun off. Yearly 2 weeks winter break

Every six month they laid off employees from every team without any notice. Job security is the biggest concern. Even if you're highly performed employee. No growth technology wise. Salary is low as per the industry standards.
