Company is vary good, good culture,good support from management. But only thing is that there is growth in salary. They will give max 3 to 5 % in salary every year.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
