Good Learning Skills being provided on single platform. Good working environment. You will always feel freedom while working in Gmmco apart from too much work load/pressure.

Dislikes

Everyday job on stack, you should keep your resignation always in pocket. Local management officials are worst in every region except some good managers. Seniors always treat their subordinates like robot/machine. Poor promotion/bonus/increment policy, too much politics and you have to choose to be the spoon of your seniors, then only you will get some chance of recognize. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
