In Gmmco Gujarat, under RBU Head Laxmi Chandra Shukla, job security is terrible, daily torture, pathetic work. he daily calls at 7:00AM & 10:00PM and even he calls on every sundays. He is using abusive language. Don't join Gmmco-Gujarat until Laxmi Chandra Shukla is working as RBU Head.

Dislikes

In spite of informing this terrible situation in Gujarat, HR Dept is doing nothing, not taking any single action. Full Sales Staff of Gujarat has left and join the competitor. No one want to bear this type of culture in workplace.
