You can have work life balance here,if your manager is good. You can decide your work timing ,but according to call TAT & SLA.

Salry is very poor,no growth in career, if your manager is not good it'll be a hell of life.

I love working here when I joined. I had a good team mates to help .But after 2-3 years salary incriment was nearly 2000 only.When manager gets pressure he'll also sue everyone on frustration. Gradually the good team work got spoiled over thier on benifit
