Ok let me see.......I think nothing globiva is the worst place that ever have i seen where no one is supports new talent .

Globiva is the pathetic company .......where management is useless, partial including some team leaders, hr and managers specially .....If anyone raises his/her voice against him/her, he throws him out of the company. If some is talented so they can't support them. they supports only those having a good relationship with them.....the most important thing is that they makes fraud in incentives and overtime money Basically I have seen many things in that company while working there but the most bad behaviour is from the mangers side including assistant and senior both.......they pretend like they are always with us but when the problem comes on us, he lags behind....and said his rubbish line that they are working on it or we will fighting for that They have different types of nonsense excuses for every situation....Read More
