It is great privilege to working with Globiva. Globiva has taken very valuable & all the good steps to ensure employes safety in terms of health & job security.

As company is in initial phase. Company need to adopt good training department so that existing employee may more skilled.

My over all experience was very good! I have got 2 consecutive promotion in 18 months. I had to struggled alot as there was no formal training to get skilled & qualified for another level. I learnt everything on the Job.
