Work culture and environment is really good, Company is so flexible on the work timings and helps the employees to maintain a work, personal life balance. Employees are able to learn and grow with the company and continue taking the timely challenges.

Work Details

I was working as a Sr. solution Engineer, it was a wonderful 4 years journey with Globematics, during my tenure, got opportunities to learn and grow and a chance to work on different live projects.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
