The project level learning is good and can't be extended beyond a limit. We can work on our learning curve and learn much things. We can't get much monetary benefits here, so demand and get a higher CTC when you join.

Dislikes

Appraisals are happening only in 2 years and sometimes get hold as well. Recently the management is into micro-management and this affects the mental peace at work. Even for certifications, we can't get reimbursed as they have a ton of conditions. The Longevity bonus from client that was promised when joining has not been provided</mark>. Since they don't have this in written in Appointment letter, they are not responding sensibly to this when questioned....Read More

Only good thing about this company is the compensation and that's all. Please avoid this company at all costs.

Dislikes

Unrealistic planning. No worklife balance. Meetings that run long with no agenda. They forced employees to come to office during pandemic. No cafeteria. They show in advertisement childcare but don't provide. No transport. Unprofessional engineers and engineering managers.
