The Manager and teammates are really very supportive. The company is good to work with. i was able to communicate in far better way. I had a good ambiance and helping teammates.

Dislikes

There was no specific quality that I disliked. I think i could have been given more opportunity to work with.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
