The work culture and the atmosphere was good. will have space to learn new things. Good thing is they give equal opportunities to all the employees and they are open in welcoming new technologies & innovations. They also give importance for the employees to rejoin.

Dislikes

Though they are a policy oriented company they should look at the employees as a human being. They are not employee friendly. They should concentrate on the performance improvement of the employees rather than making them to concentrate on following the policies and procedures of the company. Likes

I was able to work with the IT giants and served for their core IT requirements, had a good learning experience about all the latest technologies in IT. Worked closely with the crucial and critical requirements for many MNC IT companies.

Dislikes

Work life balance in Globalhunt is not satisfying, they are not flexible with the timings, management is poor.
