I love the fact of being in a team where my manager was good and supportive.

Dislikes

The management is not good. The HR department is not ready to listen to the problems of the employees. There is no job security for the employees. The induction for the employees can be much better than what they provide. There is no scope for learning, for career growth. From the day WFH began, the management did not think about the work life balance, rather tried to increase the productivity by working all the 6 days in a week. The hourly plan does not matter where we used to get saturday as a holiday. The management should understand that productivity cannot be increased by working all day long for more than 10 hours....Read More

Dislikes

No job security, won't take personal leave all the time without management approval and it's ridiculous. No salary hike after 1.6 yrs. Working hours 54hours/weekly.
