A big scam organization, you gotta pay them to work with them.

Dislikes

I hate everything about this org, even though I'm still working with them. The amount of work we do and what we get paid is like 1:15 ratio. Depending on what your take home is, you would have to give a certain amount, for example if your take home is 21000 you be paying the company $75 . Nd apart from that these guys have fines, which they deduct in dollars. I mean even during these testing times we as employees can't think of taking leaves cuz the management first of all don't Authorize any leaves even if you're tested positive, who does that. I can go on n on but makes no sense....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
