I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Global Trench Company is fake type company. Employees are very troubled here. They torture them mentally and cut the salary of the employees with out any reason . They do it without any reason and do not even pay salary on time, so please be careful Please do not join.
