Honestly, I don't have anything to tell good things about this pathetic company.

Dislikes

They ask original certificates before joining and never return, also they lost my original documents. HR team of this company is very disturbing, they never helps their employees, office is full with ashiqs and have a toxic work environment. they treat their employees like hell, they don't provide any leaves to their employees, when they were ill.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
