If anyone wanted to make a career in corporate; this organization is worst to start with. Or else you will lose the faith in corporate career!! And I mean it. There is no work life balance, work satisfaction or peace of mind. They will play with your mental health and put you into that misery that you will take a months to recover. Company has no log of timing. As a result you have to work for 12 to 13 hours. The organisation is also filled with favouritism. On the other hand, managers and asst. managers acts like a narcissist. As an employee I agree that company does not provide satisfied reports to the clients but the AI contents which can be get easily. I wish nothing but the downfall for this organisation. NOTHING. The company is terrible in work life balance, there is no log out time, no job security, you get laid off whenever the manager needs to cut cost. There was no log out time. We used to log in by 10:30 and there was no Logg off time, even on weekends we have to work. They want production to be done while the person is on client report too. EVERYTHING. There is no such thing like work life balance here in this company. Please don’t waste your time applying in this company. Work culture is terrible here, they don’t even provide proper training’s to new joiners and expect that they will learn ME by themselves. If you don’t know how to make ME they will just fire you. Egoistic manager rude behaviour there is no training given to freshers deadlines given on the very first day, if you complain nobody listens to you. Specially the manager is super bossy pathetic attitude.

Similar kind of work everyday, after you complete 1.5-2 yrs, you pretty much work on similar tasks that drains away your interest. Sometimes long working hours could be tiresome.
