Work culture is pathetic. They don't deliver on their promises. Little to no growth and job security is really low. I got appraisal after a year and half and it felt like getting pocket money, it was that low... Not even 10% increment 🥲

NOTHING. The company is terrible in work life balance, there is no log out time, no job security, you get laid off whenever the manager needs to cut cost. There was no log out time. We used to log in by 10:30 and there was no Logg off time, even on weekends we have to work. They want production to be done while the person is on client report too. Work culture is terrible here, they don’t even provide proper training’s to new joiners and expect that they will learn ME by themselves. If you don’t know how to make ME they will just fire you. Egoistic manager rude behaviour there is no training given to freshers deadlines given on the very first day, if you complain nobody listens to you. Specially the manager is super bossy pathetic attitude.
