I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The office environment is good and all members are supportive. No work pressure. Provide miles and snacks along with cab.

Nothing u r going to learn . as per the job title associate analyst the actual job is totally different.this is totally non technical job. Most of the time u will be free. salary is too low. U will not even survive with this salary.
