Its a good hospital.. good staff.. best doctors.

Dislikes

Bad management at dept of physiotherapy. This dept do not value an individuals hardwork and strength. Work pressure is more most of the time. Also there is no training as such for fresher and no responsibility taken by the head of dept about it hence seniors have to guide them which is not feasible when you have lot of work load.

The work culture is decent. The higher management have kept a very clean and thriving work atmosphere. Unfortunately this atmosphere is enjoyed only by Senior Consultants, the Junior Consultants are only struggling and only trying to rise to the position they deserve.

From Junior Consultant position we never rise to Consultant despite working Day and Night 60 HR per week for years together. No Academics in the department . All major procedures like tracheostomy not shred with Junior Consultants , so we never really progressed in our skills in this institute, despite all we gave .
