I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The work culture is decent. The higher management have kept a very clean and thriving work atmosphere. Unfortunately this atmosphere is enjoyed only by Senior Consultants, the Junior Consultants are only struggling and only trying to rise to the position they deserve.

Dislikes

From Junior Consultant position we never rise to Consultant despite working Day and Night 60 HR per week for years together. No Academics in the department . All major procedures like tracheostomy not shred with Junior Consultants , so we never really progressed in our skills in this institute, despite all we gave .
