The work culture is decent. The higher management have kept a very clean and thriving work atmosphere. Unfortunately this atmosphere is enjoyed only by Senior Consultants, the Junior Consultants are only struggling and only trying to rise to the position they deserve.

Dislikes

From Junior Consultant position we never rise to Consultant despite working Day and Night 60 HR per week for years together. No Academics in the department . All major procedures like tracheostomy not shred with Junior Consultants , so we never really progressed in our skills in this institute, despite all we gave .

There is no proper guidance from your head. Nurses have their own attitude. And only nurses rule that organisation along with operations team. There is no listening from clinical side.

Centrally located, Good and very experience doctor team and staff. Best Ambience among all hospital industry.Best part is hearty and helping touch to increase the moral of patient and their relatives by Doctor and all staff. Very economic for everyone with flexibility in billing to get completely treated.
