The culture this office has is amazing. They have always put employees first and has provided us with everything from cab, food, learning etc.. I am really satisfied with Gain credit and I hope the culture will never change.

The work life balance is perfect here. It also comes down to 'Respect' and everyone working in this organization understands that word 'Respect' very clearly. The culture here is unlike other companies I have worked for in the past where employees and their lives don't quite matter. So grateful for the opportunity to work here, although it has only been 7 months since I started working here I can honestly say its been a sweet ride so far. Dislikes

Dislike is rather harsh, I would say things we could certainly change or set about a change in is more learning opportunities to upskill and more events to socialize with the rest of the colleagues would be very welcoming.

Gain Credit is an amazing place to work on this is my 2nd organization in the carrier one of the best place to work. It's been two years I have joined I have never ever been to office but still made me feel like I'm at my work place and I get all sort of help from the management. I would say one of the best place to work gain knowledge and learn things on day to day.

I like that the company is transparent and employee centric

Dislikes

The HR function needs improvement. Especially the onboarding process is not organised. I did not have a salary discussion and was sent the appointment letter and the only option I had was to accept or reject the offer. I raised this with head of HR and was told this will be reviewed after 6 months and then I reached out before my annual review but never got a response.

I work for the service team in Supervisor I position. My job is to respond to customer emails and chats. I also work on Dsat analysis.

An employee is moved to a whole different department all together without consulting with him in the first place. Management decisions are not enough all the time, it’s considered forceful movement.
